Mrs Ruth Kirkham has been supply Kwizeen Restaurant with her famous cheese over the years and the photo enclosed is Marco choosing his cheese from Mrs Kirkham’s newly built parlour. Marco usually makes the trip over to Mrs Kirkhams about every six weeks and has built up a good relationship and has seen how the diary has progressed over the years. What did amaze Marco when first visiting the diary and tasting the individual cheeses that Mrs Kirkham produces, is that they all have an individual taste dependant on its matureity. Kwizeen has actively promoted Mrs Kirkham’s cheese within the Restaurant and last year on the 27th November on Lancashire day held a theme evening were by she came to the restaurant and gave a talk of how she started over thirty years a go to present day.
