Ingredients:
3oz fresh Salmon (Minced)
3oz Fresh Prawns
1 Clove of Garlic (Finely Diced)
1 Stem Ginger (Finely Diced)
1 Lime (Juiced)
½ tsp Turmeric
3 Sprigs Chopped Coriander
Salt and Pepper
1 tsp Honey
Method:
1.Mix the salmon,prawns,Garlic,ginger,lime juice,honey,turmeric,chilli and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Use a desert spoon to take out a portion and roll into a ball. Then pop into some plain flour and squash down the fish cake to about 1cm thick.
2. In a shallow frying pan add a little cooking oil, season again with a little salt. Now add you fish cakes on a medium heat and cook for about 2-3 minutes one side and turn over and cook for another 2 minutes only on the other.
3. Remove from frying pan onto some kitchen roll the serve on a plate with some plum Hoi sin sauce |
